2 minutes from the metro station L3 Fontana and next to the first house built by Antoni Gaudí (Casa Vicens). Gaudí very close by the Parc Güell, La Pedrera, Casa Milà are all them 20 minutes far from the apartment and very well connected.

Inside the apartment, on the terrace and on the street you can NOT celebrate parties or make noise. It is a street and an interior area, quiet and silent, where any disturbance can bother many people. The terrace is to enjoy a quiet dinner, read, relax and enjoy the space.
