2 minutes far from the metro and next to the first house built by A. Gaudí (Casa Vicens). Gaudí very close by the Parc Güell, La Pedrera, Casa Milà are 20 minutes from the apartment.
The apartment is just for you, entrance by the stairs, with no one to bother you or common spaces to share with other guests.
The terrace is also just for you, to have an aperitif, or sunbathe. Equipped with everything you may need in your stay.
NO PARTIES OR NOISE ARE ALLOWED TO RESPECT NEIGHBORS
Inside the apartment, in the courtyard and on the street you can NOT celebrate parties or make noise. It is a street and an interior area, quiet and silent, where any disturbance can bother many people. The terrace is to enjoy a quiet dinner, read, relax and enjoy the space.
